COVID-19 vaccine among adults 65 and older, 30.4% have received the vaccine. Influenza. 25.2% of children and 24.8% of adults have received the vaccine so far. What we should note is that for adults over the age of 65, when you get your flu vaccine, you will be getting a higher dose. I forgot what it's called. Do you recall that? There's currently a measles outbreak in the state of Minnesota, and we're seeing upticks in other states as well. It began in May of this year, of 2024, and it's primarily affecting unvaccinated children. So here's the deal. In 2024, there had been 51 confirmed measles cases in Minnesota. All right, so you could check in your state where you live as well.

Of those 50, of the 54, 50 were unvaccinated. Okay, so. Yes, even if you're vaccinated, there are upticks every once in a while where you can get it. You can get that with COVID too. You could be vaccinated. But the severity of the disease is decreased significantly if you get vaccinated. So bottom line is don't listen to all the hype.
