You know, I remember distinctly too, doing exercises, the appropriate exercises before surgery.
It really, really helps, especially if you're, I can relate to knee, if you do exercise beforehand, it really gets your mind in that state in order to continue doing those after surgery.
Plus it also strengthens the, you know, in this case, like the quadricep muscles,
beforehand in order to help take some of the pressure off of your knee beforehand.
So really, it's all a mindset.
It's establishing routines differently the whole nine yards.
