First of all, there are a lot of different types of yoga.
But I guess maybe the best way of saying it is just find one that you're comfortable with and go with it.
You know, you would say what's comfortable for the type of practice that you want to do on any given day.
So here's something, you know, so DeAndre did the research on this yoga.
So it helps, at least, you know, a lot of people say it reduces stress.
Now I can probably say I'm getting there.
You know, here's somebody who's got two knees that have been replaced.
So I really have to kind of balance carefully and perhaps differently, but, um, it's listening.
It's listening again, you know, in that sense.
Reducing muscle tension, which I personally have noticed.
It feels as though my muscles have kind of just flowed out, you know, the tenseness in it.
And also connecting to our last show that we did, we did a show on menopause.
