You really, really are.
And that can be difficult for some.
And I would imagine it's difficult for, more difficult perhaps as you get older.
You're not as resilient, maybe.
So David, do you believe that meditation, mindfulness, and maybe even yoga helps us to realize kind of a new normal
So a question that kind of comes to mind throughout all of this is our ability to be in better control.
It seems to me, and David, I'm sure you can react to this.
It's like when people are really anxious or upset or nervous, stressed, I'm guessing it would be easy for them to say, I feel out of control.
And I wonder whether or not these methods, you know, meditation, mindfulness, helps us to reestablish, or maybe not as reestablish, because it's always been there, but reconnect with your ability to be in better control.
No, it's kind of like how we, we become more malleable.
You know, we're kind of like a rubber band.
you know, constantly adjusting.
This is, I don't know about you guys, but this has been really relaxing.
Just, just listening to this and knowing that, you know, you could do this and it doesn't, it doesn't have to be a set schedule or whatever.
Just take a moment, smell the roses,
breathe in, breathe out, let your body adjust a little bit and then go forth with life.
