If something hurts after you've done a bunch of exercise, okay, listen to your body.
Your body's telling you and you might slow it down a little bit the next day.
I think we get into the mode of adjusting, especially after we've had an event.
Even if you have your ups and downs, as long as you continue, I think that that really helps to manage.
And then finally, although this isn't one word, but there's no need to be perfect.
Just like, you know, Barry, you were saying, 10 minutes, your body will love you for it.
