Isn't the danger, though, for some areas that they might not, you know, they'll essentially areas will become in competition with each other, especially if it's foreign investments.
Isn't that a good thing?
But what about those areas then where they haven't got the infrastructure like Manchester has at the moment?
They're, you know, they're behind the curve and all that.
And then they're trying to compete.
And then if it is then connected to how much...
Tax is, you know, earned in the area, received in the area.
Then they don't get enough and then they have less money.
And, you know, there's that problem as well.
Which takes ages because the transit system is shit.
So it's too easy?
And for me, though, a lot of the reason why you have, and particularly we talk about the NEETs, the one million young people not in education, employment or training.
If you look at the mental health problems in that community, it stems from school.
A lot of them have been written off at school.
They don't have the structure at home to do well academically.
The Conservative government, particularly when Michael Gove was Education Secretary, was all about rigorous academics.
