And then I would find myself writing as if someone was going to read it.
And I was like, that's not helpful.
I don't think that's what it's really supposed to be.
And so I recently have been doing like three sort of mantras.
And I write those down and it does.
I'm trying to like set my mind for that.
And then sometimes at the end of the day, I'll come back and say like which one like really applied throughout the day and how.
And I found just really focusing on gratitude for me really helps.
But what's sort of what's what helps you?
Like, how do you do it?
I agree with that.
It is interesting, you know, your mindset, like, if when you're caught in those moments, and someone does something to you, I mean, okay, she was saying, I know the car, the amount of times I've been on the phone with her in the car.
I'm a creative cursor.
She is very creative.
Wait before, respond instead of reacting.
Yeah, no, I highly doubt that.
They'd pick the fight if they knew it was me.
They'd be like, I apologize.
I just threatened.
