I have four open jars of cornichons in my fridge at the moment because they never, ever, ever go off.
One's from 1964, I believe, and I still visit them every now and again because they're now my winter cornichons because they've grown their own little jumpers.
You can either peel it out of the jumper or eat it within the jumper.
I don't care.
I don't care what you do with them.
But if there is a shortage of them, then it is a very sad day for this country.
I've got four opens jars, because I keep forgetting I've got... I think that is actually why there might be a shortage in this country.
Because I keep forgetting I have a jar already of cornichons at the back of the fridge, and I just keep putting more cornichons in front of them, and that's probably what's happening there.
