My third offer is your first offer.
Do you know what?
That's actually what one of our compliance people once said to me.
They were like, because I was thinking about becoming a financial advisor, like, no, you won't be able to say as many things like you do.
Now, what about a story where it doesn't go quite so well?
I saw another example in Royal Oak.
This is again in Auckland.
And this couple bought the property for $510,000 and then they were trying to sell it for about $1.4 million.
That was the CV.

Like 15 people through in the first weekend, 11 in the next weekend.
They come to auction and there's a good crowd in the auction room, but no bids.
Ah, nobody bid on it.
Then they said, okay, well, we'll set an asking price.
We'll make the asking price $1.6 million.
Ah, nobody bought.
They ended up selling it seven months later for $1.5 million.
Now, that might have happened if they did have a real estate agent, right?
Like the same thing could have happened.
