I think the art that we've gotten from Filoni, the stories that we got, Star Wars, nothing is bigger than Star Wars.
He believes that there's ways to tell a Star Wars story.
He's very indebted to what Lucas built.
I think there's two things that you can find in that.
It's like...
I think George Lucas, the real spirit of him, is like, fuck it, I'm going to make the wildest shit ever.
I think Filoni a lot of times is like, I'm going to make the wildest version of what I think George Lucas would make.
I think Tony Gilroy with Andor is just like...
hey, I'm going to make a hot story.
This would be a good story, whether it was a Star Wars story or not.
And I think it's very hard for other creators who are that invested in Star Wars to come to it with that, where it's like, I don't really give a fuck about Star Wars.
I give a fuck about revolution and the history of revolution.
And how do I get that war across screen?
And how do I get spycraft in these 70s movies and this and that and the third?
If you're someone like Filoni, I'm like, we don't do that here.
That's not what we're doing.
I think when it's good, it's good.
And it's never terrible, but sometimes I'm like, okay, a little samey and stuff.
Like the bad stuff.
But I also think Filoni's learned something from being in the trenches of Clone Wars where he does the thing where it's like,
