why he did this, whether people agree with it or not, what he's accomplished to date, what he feels he needs to accomplish, and gave a two- or three-week off-ramp until it's over, until at the end he did talk about wanting a deal or negotiating a deal and that if the Iranians didn't get with the program, their potential additional hammer would drop.
