This is a monopoly that's been a problem and getting worse.

They've been under a consent decree with the Department of Justice since 2010.

The Obama Department of Justice let them off.

They've been dragging it out.

They keep violating what they agreed to do.

And we just see all the different ways they're ripping people off.

With the trial, we see evidence of how they're laughing about how they're able to rip people off, about how stupid their customers.

That's not right.

In America, we believe in markets.

We believe in competition.

And when those aren't working, the government has to step in and make sure that consumers benefit from the competitive forces that have made this country great.

Sir, is your ultimate objective to break up Ticketmaster and Live Nation, or is it just to get a better deal for consumers?

If a breakup's what it takes to fix the problem, we want a breakup.

We want to do whatever's going to solve this so that we don't have to be back in court in a few years fighting the same fight over again.
