he did and the stewards were not quick to go and stop him were they I think they knew which direction he was going in so they thought right he's when he gets here we're going to stop him and cart him off which is what they did so I think we're going to get into a bit of trouble for that as well hopefully the punishment will be in keeping with with things and not you know we won't be made an example of you know it could have been a lot more trouble couldn't there it was very
Heavily policed and probably have to say well policed.
No trouble outside the ground that I know of or anywhere else in the city, which is what you'd expect from the bubble situation, you know, if you're going to confine the away fans as they do now.
You can tell a lot about players from what they do when there's a melee.
If three or four more players then get involved, that leads to another three and four and another three and four, doesn't it?
And you can sort of see how it's going to unfold.
By the way, I just want to mention there was a brilliant piece written about the derby, which I thought summed it up from a, you know, written by a neutral, written by Daniel Story.

There were things that went on that you, on the day that you, you, you can't, you can't condone, but at the same time, you don't want to condemn, you know, that is part of the, you know, there were, there were, there were trouble spots and there was, there was hatred and, and, and there were threats and all of that.
And it happens.
You can't stop it.
It happens because of the way the fixture has evolved over the years.
But if anyone gets a chance, look up, say, Daniel's story, the iPaper, and he breaks it down into the hatred, the history, the ground, the weather.
Even the weather, he says, was perfect for it because it was a bit...
bit of rain around, made the pitch a bit quicker, made the tackles fly in that little bit more combatively.
So, yeah, all a good bit of theatre.
