Yeah, it's like some of these teams in the Premier League, isn't it?

The Brightons and Brentfords.

They're not going to go down, but they're not going to finish in the top four.

Where's the adrenaline?

Yeah, yeah.

The championship relegation zone is the bungee jump.

There's a bit of peril in there, just to add to the excitement.

Yeah.

When he talks like that, it sounds like he's thinking he's going to be here, he's going to be the man to establish us in the championship.

I've also seen some people look at interviews he's given where he's talked, I think he also said,

You know, he's talking about Pompey existing or getting by and staying up on one of the lower budgets in the Championship.

I don't know if it's the lowest, but it's certainly one of the bottom six budgets, I would think.

And people have seen him now starting to talk about, he's not been that specific, but he's talked about how

the budget challenges have been the same since we got promoted.

And people have thought, well, is he saying that?

Is he getting fed up with it?

Is that a message to the owners to start spending more now rather than leave it and risk

Going back down.

So, you know, you can see both ways, really.

He must want a little bit more to play with.
