The Germany one's easy.

Don't get humped.

The Czech Republic one's a little bit different.

That was a football game that just didn't go our way.

The Germany one was obviously more disappointing because we didn't get anywhere near the level that we can get and they obviously, as a host nation, they played a great game.

Team selection is always difficult.

It's always a tough one when you've got to leave three or four players out who have played a big part in getting us to the tournament.

But as I said quite early on, it's going to be a squad World Cup.

The starting team is important.

I think you'll find in a lot of games the team that finishes is every bit as important, if not even more important.

So the lads know that.

It's been explained to them what we're going to do and how we're going to utilise the squad.

I still haven't picked a team yet, if I'm being honest.

The players don't know the team, so I still haven't done it.
