And then they start posting stuff and these people get harassed.

Well, apparently our video guy spot said the word is doxing.

Doxing is when you maliciously research someone and try to ruin their lives.

You're collecting all the information where they work, who they're related to.

That's doxing.

So, yeah, we've taken doxing too far.
