Which is interesting, Guillem, because of course famously the first thing Jose Mourinho did when he went in first time was to basically try and knock Casillas' career on the head, wasn't it?
Even with the quality of individual players they've got, I recognise that the dressing room is a difficult place, but there's no excuse not to be massively successful with those players, is there?
