And I think, I won't go into golf straight and talk about the detail, but we've got, we're really, like golf is significant in, it's a global sport.

It brings big names like McElroy.

I mean, he was just the other day talking about his Mount Rushmore full greatest golf courses in the world.

And Kings and Heath is one of them.

but the 2027 will be at the Peninsula in Frankston.

It's going to be huge.

So basically from 2026, sorry, from 2025 to 2030, there's not one year Victoria does not have golf at a high level.

Yeah, McElroy's back this year, and then who knows what happens in 2027, but it'll be magic.

And what happens is because it runs through the week, it fills the hotel rooms midweek as well, not just on weekend.

So it's big and it's broadcast everywhere.

So we've got it for effectively, if you count last year, five years of Australian Open.
