Everyone of these leaders who came to our company took a pay cut to come to my company to do this because they want to be there.
So we have to make sure that they want to be there all the time.
And there's a lot of things that top talent want, uh, and desire.
And I think a lot of us learn more and more about that during the pandemic than we ever have before.
One is they want agency.
They want control.
They want to be able to make a difference.
So I meet with every member of my company.
It used to be every month.

I deeply believe in the one on one, not just not just for information gathering, which is the way I think most people think of, but it's also to empower those employees.
You want people who are going to make a change.
You want them to see something and want to make a difference as opposed to whatever systems you've built up in place like scar tissue in your company that is going to prevent them from having that agency.
Um, there's benefits that you can think of for being attractive or to attract talents.
So we have last Friday's off now.
I know there's a lot of movement towards four day work, work weeks, which I'm deeply interested in.
