And it's just like so expensive.

I just came back from a state.

And then looking at land prices, I'm like, it hasn't gotten crazy.
And we got there, and I was like – Like gravel quarries, played out gravel quarries.
You know what I want to tell you about is, uh, Randall and I month or two ago,
We went down to Cody, Wyoming.
And we gave a talk about, we, we gave, it was in, we were in coordination with the Buffalo Bill Cody museum.
And we went down the road too.
Cause they needed, we had needed a little bit of bigger space, went down the road to like a, there's a hotel, the big convention area, just like a community thing.
