I should be saying this about deer meat or something, but dude, that is some of the best stuff in the world, man.

Hey, tell people, because that's not... If you're cutting up a deer, hanger steak isn't on the menu.

Tell people what... It's an off cut.

It'd be easy to find out what it does for the animal.

Like if he was born with no hanger, would he know it?
