Filling the reservoir, that 11 million gallon reservoir was completely empty during the time of full fire season. Why didn't you fix that? It's all insanely mismanaged. Well, you can have โ there's a balance, right, in terms of like being environmentally conscious but also recognizing the needs of the human population. And I think that's been distorted in California significantly.
