But look, it's just undeniable now that they're working in a government subsidized environment.

The opposition wouldn't support that.

when I pointed to the documented fact that China's United Front Community Group agencies had sucked personal protective equipment out of Canada during COVID.

Is there anything we can do?

If Toby Lutke fronted and said, it's time for a rally in Ottawa, all the tech companies, all the reasonable people in the country, let's stand out in front of Parliament Hill.

I think it's time for, you know, some socially responsible action.

I've been writing and doing podcasts about like a whole raft of trouble, troubling laws that are being rammed through by the Mark Carney government.

And before talking about C-22, which is the one I'm focused on because it's sort of my area of expertise, uh,

C22 is about how the government and the police will have cyber powers to ask all the big tech companies or VPNs or encryption apps to save a bunch of data for all 40 million Canadians.

And the argument is, this will, of course, allow them to target

transnational organized crime and cybercrime.
