They're just not great officers.

Guys respected me just because I gave that respect back.

These are the same guys that I've housed that just got in trouble.
And they're in the box.
It's not that serious.
They're coming from asylums all over the city.
And they just have felonies.
And they're just like being weeded through the system.
These are the worst of the worst.
They're setting their mattresses on fire.
And you're like, how do they get matches?
