Yeah, it was epic.
And I like selfishly as a former team manager, and he won me over as soon as he walked in by recognizing me as a pair, which I was like, this is amazing.
Yeah.
But yeah, I'm part of that audience sub-segment that love behind the scenes about how organisations, particularly sporting ones, work and the things they used to do.
I felt quite validated personally that some of the things that we did, even an under-17 New Zealand football team or an All Whites team, they're not a million miles away from the concepts that the All Blacks had, just very different levels of resource.
So for me, it was cool to go, oh, okay.
And even at Melville, even at our local football club, it's like, oh, cool, the concepts that we...
That we have in there aren't, you know, super far away from the elite of the elite of the elite.
You just don't have the big beast behind you to it.
But, and it's a part of the, it's a part of like, we often see the 80 minutes on the field, but you don't see what happens behind the scenes.
So to understand a little part of that machine over 20 years too was cool.

I was really intimidated going into this because it was around AI and futures thinking, and I'm a little bit of a dinosaur perhaps in some of my β and I was like, oh, man, this is going to be way out of my depth.
But after speaking to the connections that she gave us, I was like, oh, this is all just about people.
It's all just about connecting people.
Yeah, I think the face of the workforce will look predominantly MΔori and Pasifika in that time period as well.
I think by 2040, it'll be around 80%.
So, you know, understanding what these trends look like and then how we can utilise as a country
AI and technology to help that.
