I mean, but again, just talking about NetApp products since 2001, been working with them in VMware as well.

So bringing that old school knowledge to the mix has helped me with my career.

But I have seen by not having the certifications, doors have been closed.

The peer review has been actually a pretty cool process for me.

the um i wrote them as a customer what a customer would do how i would do it in in my environments and then you the when the rest of the guys come in and and look at what you were writing i'm like oh wait it's not really done that way yes it could be done that way but it's not officially supported or it's not the black and white version of how it's done so i was like all right so it's actually been a real cool learning learning experience
