uh of where do they think the most likely terrorist attacks are going to come from how are they going to do it and um i it was it was stopped because everybody was like that's an outrage no no that is a very good way get people to put their money on where are the weaknesses where do they see things um i just think that is that that is the way to find out how people really feel
