Beyond the red line, I guess, they grind away without slowing down and stopping to the point where it impacts your health.
And I think it did happen to me.
And in the article, I wrote about my sister who...
who said to me very openly, I'm actually glad you're not doing that job anymore because I could see it was going to kill you.
So I just wanted to reinforce that our coaches, and you look at them, they are agitated, they are grumpy, they look like they need a holiday.
And even now, Gerard, I'm really privileged because you allow me to spend 40 minutes a week with a microphone in front of me
And, um, I take that as, as a great opportunity to, to speak with you and to, to, to the listeners about my experience with footy, what I'm saying, but what we see now with the coaches, they are their own worst enemies.

It's not, um, if there's not some collegiality to say, Hey, well, there needs to be a circuit breaker.
And I think the clubs that do it really well.
And most of the clubs are Jared are doing it extremely well.
So that's when, um, let's say I'm the coach and you're the GM of footy and we're really close.
As you say, you say to me, Hey, send, I reckon you just, you're pushing it too hard at the moment.
rather than come in at 7 o'clock on Monday morning, just come in at midday and we'll get the rest of the footy department in at midday.
You guys can all spend time with your family.
