And so we have to say to them, will you guide me in my free will choices so that I make better decisions today?

It's like the little devil over here and the little angel over here.

And you know, the little angel saying, don't do that.

Don't pick up that candy and put it in your mouth, little one.

And the other one's going, but you want that candy really bad.

That's our brain versus our spirit guide speaking to us and giving us information.

So I want that in my life.

So it's just a matter of, am I going to ask them?

And again, it's just a conversation.

It's a very simple one.

Please come in and help me through my day.

Even if you don't believe, does it harm to do it?

You will find, no, it actually helps you.

It actually guides you and you'll see the results.

So it's just a matter of people tell me, but I don't believe they're there.

And I go, that's okay.

I don't always believe things are happening right in front of my face, but I still go with it.

And I learned that, oh, this is actually real.

This is changing how I do my life, how I interact, how I make choices.

I do end up hearing that little voice on my shoulder saying, don't go down that road.
