It's not just putting a chemical in our brain.

And moving through that.

And I don't say just meaning belittling it.

Again, I think it's extremely valuable.

You're getting a taste of what it is.

Well, I would say to you, if you don't know what to do in your journey, you come in front of you, you bring your highest, most perfect self and ask.

Your highest self.

When I'm confused or I need to integrate knowledge or understanding and I don't know where to go to find it, I literally will say highest self, most perfect self, Susan, what would you do?

And you will hands down get the right answer every single time because you're talking to the greatest part of you, the most magnificent part of you, which is your soul.

Your soul is a vine to the divine.

In my book, I talk about this.

And that vine to the divine is your ability to tap into the knowledge base that you need.

So at the end of the book, I have little workbook

At the end of every chapter, actually, I have a little workbook, integration moment.

It's an education moment.

And I walk them through different ways to integrate what they just read.

And it's extremely important.

I think what you're doing is amazing because so many books I've read, I read them and I take it in and then I don't know what to do with it.

And then I have to go to my highest self and do all that stuff.

But I want to encourage people, if they don't know what to do when they've read something, but it seems to resonate with them in some way and they want to understand it more, ask your highest self.
