So that's kind of how that works.

Now, it's up to the transplant center.

If they said to your cousin, boy, you're really too sick, we're going to pause for a while, they may decide to do that.

But generally, they're on that list waiting and waiting for the donor that is the right match for them at the right time.

Geography does play a role, less so in kidney, more so in like hearts and lungs, because we don't have a lot of time.

And so we start, it's like a target, we start within 250 miles of where the donor is.

No, if there's no recipient, then we'll go out further.

So geography does have to play a part.

I think Barry, you also touched on the exchanges, which have been amazing.

That's a newer development where, you know, somebody wants to give a kidney to their loved one.

They're not a match.

So they give it to somebody else and then, you know, they make, they do the math system.

And so lots of people get transplanted.

It's really, it's an extraordinary development.
