Both of these are demand side.
We need to solve the supply side part of this equation.
We need to build more homes.
That's absolutely correct.
Recognizing that's important.
So what we don't want, we don't want to tank the housing market, bringing down the wealth of folks who are counting on their home for retirement or maybe to fund their children's education.
