eh like i said my name's susie you can use it because it's actually not my fucking name but you can still use it that's what i get called phoning with a catastrophic double shoulder dislocation i've got a pretty weak shoulder just gets all the time done so for 20 years anything from

brush my hair, pull up my pants, sleep in, you name it, fucking pops out.

Anyway, and I can pop it back in.

So on training for Tough Mudder, decided after shoulder surgery, they said I could do push-ups, gave it a go, right shoulder popped out, left shoulder popped out, sat there crying, then couldn't get to a phone at the time, I was on my own, three young lads in the house, couldn't really do anything, they were little toots.

So I had to actually pop my shoulders back in with my knees.

It was a bit of a dick.

And I was on my own, like I said.

Not much else I could do.

Shoulders back in.

Three weans needing fed.

So just go on with it.

Cooked them their dinner.

Cried about it.

Took some painkillers and that was that.
