He came out and made a statement before it started today, the chair.

He said he was going to send members out regularly.

That was really strange.

He said that he was going to send Republican members of the committee out periodically to update reporters on what was happening inside, which just seems so strange, again, to reiterate, both Bill and Hillary Clinton wanted reporters in.

In these hearings, they wanted it to be open testimony.

So it just seems bizarre.

Comer is now maybe trying to just nullify that or at least give reporters something by saying we'll send Republican members.
