But I always felt like people give her too much because she had no competition during that time.

She comes out, it's nobody else, and I was alive during the Lil' Kim time, so I can't look at you at any point and not see Kim.
Your whole entire aesthetic, your whole mixtape shit when you first came out, it was Lil' Kim, Lil' Kim, Lil' Kim, but for my time period, I guess.
I was like, okay, cool, I can see that this is derivative.
I understand that.
But you wanting respect like you're Lauryn Hill or somebody...
For coming out and being the 2010 Lil' Kim is not admirable.

be in pride of placement, be in the face of Balenciaga, even maybe Zendaya, be in the face of Louis Vuitton now.
And being best friends with Marc Jacobs and having all those clothes and putting that shit on the map in hip-hop.
