It's something that I came across on my Instagram.
I came across this theory and I've actually been using it ever since.
I'll give you an example of an outfit that I applied it to.
But first, just to unpack the theory a little bit.
So it's credit to a personal stylist called Fee Zelenberg.
And she just, yeah, she's a stylist who works with ordinary women and shares content on Instagram around style.
She's really great for a follow.
And basically her theory is about why some outfits feel inherently cool and others fall flat.
So if you ever see a stylish person on the street and you wonder like how they, why do they look so damn cool?
Like she thinks that there's three elements to every look.
that you kind of need to tick the boxes and that outfit will automatically read as cool.
Which is really interesting as a formula.
So the three forces of cool.
Okay.
Theoretically, anyone can apply to their outfit if they can balance these three elements.
And they are class, edge and ease.
Okay.
So class is basically that your outfit is grounded with what we call like classic or polished pieces.
If you think about crisp shirting or blazers or even like
elegant shoes like ballet flats or loafers, right?
