I love it for fashion reporting.

The list index is a quarterly report on the trending brands and the like movers and shakers in the fashion world, the key 10 items that people are fixating on and searching for.

And they've just brought out a new report.

But the previous report, what really got to me about the sort of the headline from that report from the previous quarter was, and that's really what's infiltrating the market now, because they're like doing what's ahead.

But this is what's in the market now is like utility dressing, to your point, dressing for like comfort and

dressing for like purely for practical reasons and really responding to brands that really lean into that utility factor.

I just like, I can't stop thinking about that because I'm like, oh my gosh, so true.

Absolutely.

And I think in what we're wanting to shop as well.

Like I know that everything that's on my list right now

is is ease it's fluid it's layered it's simple and unstructured and unfussy and loose and yeah i think that's obviously responding to a bigger a bigger trend in the market and i can't imagine being restricted again i really but then i've never really wanted to be restricted the color's really interesting like we're talking at the top of the episode about cloud dancer dancing

It's pastels, but even like even light, softer than that.

But I guess the sort of through line here is, you know, it's dressing to self-soothe and whatever that looks like or feels like for you is appropriate.

Like if you don't want to dress in cloud dance, whatever, like you don't have to.

If it's a neon brights for you, if it's leather corsetry for you, whatever that is, it's...

it regulating your cortisol.

If that's bringing your mood to where it needs to be, then that's what you should be wearing.
