But some of the spec I did in 15 wasn't too smart.

And Christy and I were standing out on the decks like, what are we going to be when we grow up?

We don't.

We like people too much to just run the feed yard.

And we don't want to be a feed company, even though we really value that and we value our customers on that.

So let's just go all in, help these people build legacy.

Let's teach them what we've learned and let's go help people.

And I had actually brought him in and we just kind of finalized it in that late, but I had actually brought in a mentor back in 10.

And he just said, if you're going to build a business, you really don't do that.

You actually grow people and then they grow the business.

And I had to quit throwing stuff against the wall and quit making all the decisions myself and had to grow.

I mean, it really rocked my world when I had to figure out how to look at things completely different and let go of all the control and.

let other people make more mistakes.

So you brought the mentor in and they gave you the idea.

Were they on your staff or you just hired them as kind of like a consultant?

So that actually started back in 2010.

The bank called and said, actually the CPA called and said, you got a tax problem.

And at this point, I mean, it's, we're running and gunning.
