I think we're very used to seeing that block style auction where it's kind of bridging on the yelling thing.
So I certainly have toned it down.
I feel personally, and this is just a personal opinion, that people, if they're feeling comfortable at an auction, they will be more inclined to bid.
That has worked for me in the three years I've been doing it.
I just work on making people feel comfortable.
You know, I think that's just, that says something within the industry and especially how we're going.
People really have to feel comfortable in an auction.
And if they feel comfortable, they'll bid and often they'll pay more cheekily.

Well, I guess it's just sharing the name with it.
And my brother, his name is Patrick and there was always a Patrick Street in Hobart and we'd drive past it all the time.
So the idea of living on Tara Drive was just always a dream.
Yes, my dad keeps bees here in Lindisfarne, but because the new property's got around five acres of land, he's really hoping to expand his bee, well, business, I guess we can call it.
Well, I don't know if I could afford in the same area at my age but I reckon I'll stay there for a little while, yeah, complete, finish uni and then, yeah, see where I go after that.
That could definitely do something.
