We do have a marketing program.
We spend a lot of ads going to the trade show, all that kind of stuff.
And we do have human beings in the office as well.
So both of them.
I think we've attended around four to five big conferences.
There are not that many like huge amount of conference for the HR tech business.
So I think that market is growing to hold together.
So we typically go to key one like HR tech conference or like SHRM conferences.
SHRM, it's short for S-H-R-M, SHRM.
That's the largest HR conference in the United States.

That's written by Peter Drucker.
How you can be more effective than being efficient.
There are a lot of CEOs that I follow, like Mark Benioff, a team from Zora, but the one I follow more is actually Ichiro, who is a baseball player.
I think there are a lot of similarities between athletes and then CEOs, and how he tried to organize himself and have discipline internally is a key learning curve.
What was his name?
Ichiro.
