And hire slow and fire quick.
I had to change my mindset because I used to think of all my employees as family.
Because I do.
I love them.
I want them to succeed.
And what a blessing it is for me to give jobs to people who were in my position.
But I've also learned that they will show you who they are.
And no matter how much potential you see in them, unless they see it in themselves, there's nothing I can do.
And so we give them opportunities.
And it's up to them to make something of it.
Yeah.
And that's life, right?
So, but I've had to learn how to properly hire people too.
And I'd say we have it pretty down, down pretty well because we have some amazing staff members.
It's definitely how to run a business.
Business, whether you're doing janitorial or you're doing painting, it doesn't matter.
Business is the same.
Yes.
The industry may be a little different, but the customers are the same.
