I'm a big fan of Medium and the blog posts on Medium.

And David Henmeyer Hansen, he's on Twitter at DHH.

He writes some amazing posts on how to kind of build a company and stay lean and kind of focus on your users in your kind of growth stage.

So he's been a huge inspiration for me recently.

Um, actually, yeah, I use jump cut, which is a great, uh, copy paste tool.

So if you're copying and pasting multiple things in Excel or on the web, um, it actually keeps a directory of the things that you've copied and pasted before instead of deleting them off of your, um, your computer.

Yeah, I do.

And it's funny, the biggest productivity hack that I've hacked on myself in the past year has been waking up early, like 5, 5.30.

And if I do that, I'm twice more productive.

And then by the time lunch comes around, I've done like a full day's work and I have more time to do fun stuff.

I recently read a great quote by David Himmler Hansen.

And he said, the quote is, independence isn't missed until it's gone.

And back then I was kind of like, I wanted to go work for a big company.

But now I just, I treasure independence.

I read that quote every day.
