As tensions remain high after the second fatal ice shooting in Minneapolis in less than a month, President Trump said he spoke with local officials about the situation.
President Trump says starting today, Borders are Tom Holman will head up ICE operations in the state and report directly to him.
At the same time, the Trump administration scores a legal win that frees ICE agents from protest restrictions in Minnesota.
Fox's Sue Guzman has more on that.
And an Associated Press investigation finds Bangladeshi workers were tricked into going to Russia with promises of civilian jobs and then forced to fight in the Ukraine war.
Some say they were threatened with violence and death and pushed into dangerous frontline roles.
Russia and Bangladesh not responding to the AP's questions about this.

Thousands of flights were canceled across the country Monday following the deadly winter storm that hit over the weekend with travelers at Boston Logan International Airport seeing the worst of it.
Fox TV affiliate Boston 25's news is Drew Caritas is at the airport with more.
More than 5,000 flights were canceled in the U.S.
on Monday and at least 30 people have reportedly died because of the storm.
Activists now say more than 6,000 people have been killed in the crackdowns against protesters in Iran.
This is the USS Abraham Lincoln has arrived in the Middle East as President Trump expands his options for action against Iran if necessary.
And a few dozen Iranian immigrants deported to their home country as President Trump continues threatening Iran's leadership.
