the situation as to how deprived those players are.
They have no possible comprehension of what amateur, real amateur sport without money is in Ireland.
And it's not just true with some of the small sports that I'm familiar with.
You drive to the venue, you train, you pay to train, you pay to train in a weightlifting club, in a wrestling club, in any club.
GAA, by virtue of its size, and huge government funding, right?
state funding into Croke Park, ยฃ30 million into Parc y Cuid, and ยฃ50 million going outside the state's territorial boundaries to a stadium that was abandoned, as the men said, in Belfast.
I know they come along looking for ยฃ200 million.
