And then I realized that I was drowning because I saw blood flow and I couldn't move my โ I didn't know I was missing my arm. So I was like trying to grab to try to stop drowning. After everything, my therapist told me at the time that the things that I was scared of, I was scared of the water, but I couldn't even close my eyes in the shower because I was so scared of drowning. I had no idea that was a drowning thing until a therapist explained to me. I would get bloodshot eyes from not being able to close them in the shower because I was so scared.
