So this whole AUA that we sponsor is a bit of a sagazi, I have to say.

Well, I had a pretty good one lined up, but you guys shot it down too sweet on Wednesday night.

Yeah, so first I just want to make mention that May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

And so, you know, I feel like given, you know, what's going on today, this morning with, you know, your Halbro fans and the Habs game tonight, you know, we can speak to our own mental health challenges that we go through and that the loved ones experience at times.

It's a real thing.

So oftentimes we don't actually know what's going on for those around us.

And I want to give a shout out to an organization called Heads Up Guys, which was founded at my alma mater, UBC.

Incredible resource for not just men, but has a large email focus with tons of free resources.

So my ask us is to check them out.

But if evil Vegas ends up winning the cup, I'm coming back and bringing the original AUA just so you know.
