Some of them have trouble with their anger, and they get into explosive and they can be assaultive states of mind and get into trouble later. So it's not the case that everybody who's been in solitary is violent. I want to make that very clear. However, there are some individuals who can't control their anger when they get out.

And I do hear stories about people who were never violent before they were in solitary, but had a problem with violence after.
