Ceasefire talks between the US, Israel and Lebanon have wrapped up in Washington, D.C., with all parties agreeing they want to liberate Lebanon from Hezbollah and that they're on the same side of the equation.
The Israeli ambassador to the US, Yaqul Leiter, told reporters that Lebanon's government has indicated it no longer wants to be occupied by Hezbollah, but stressed that Israel needs Lebanon to fully sever ties with Tehran and its proxy group being Hezbollah.
