If you understand what I mean, you can't go and speak to guys the same way that you were speaking to guys in bracket at a lesser club with in bracket, again, lesser players that are a bit, you know, you don't speak to Cristiano Ronaldo the same way you would speak to a youngster.
A youngster, you can say to him in the last 10 minutes, can you play right back for me?
Because that's how it is.

you don't ask that to Cristiano Ronaldo.
Or if he doesn't want to wake up in the morning to go for breakfast because that's what you do as a coach.
This is when we're going to do the tactic, when we walk, we're going to put the shape of the team in whatever walk we do in the park on the side of the hotel.
And Cristiano Ronaldo will look at you or whoever that's going to be big in that team.
At that moment, you need to manage the egos of the players.
