And that's one of the things over the next few weeks we're going to find out about Will Venable.

Where it's like, you're helping with the development, you brought a whole bunch of dudes up, but now, in some of these games, he now gets to be under the microscope, like, is he making the right decisions?

And I think last week, he took some big, in my eyes, he took some big steps when they were winning games, and he's like, yeah, we didn't play well, though.

You know that he will make your team play defense.

You know that your team will be in the playoffs.

What's the thing that disconnects him from taking that next step as a coach?
